Quality Policy

Mac Tubi Spa places at the center of its design, production and sale of thermoplastic tubes for low, medium and high pressures, the satisfaction of the explicit and implicit needs of its internal and external customers.

Achieving this satisfaction is the main indicator on which to focus attention.
The market in which we operate is of an international level, both from a commercial and resource procurement point of view.

Mac Tubi Spa believes that in the reference market the fundamental factors for success are:

the quality of the product, which must meet the customer's needs; extreme flexibility in order to meet the needs of customers in terms of lead times. delivery, production capacity and ability to manage customized products; the ability to provide customers with competitive economic conditions; the enhancement and constant improvement of the organization's knowledge assets; understanding of the dynamics and evolution of the market.


In order to achieve the above, the company must undertake:

to operate in a structured and systematic way, collaborating between departments;
to monitor the indicators and establish clear objectives, continuously adapting them to the company's strategic needs;
to create a product that fully meets the customer's requirements;
to ensure wide availability of human resources and infrastructures;
to monitor the productivity of processes with increasingly advanced tools in order to continuously improve them;
to make staff grow and participate, monitoring their skills and making them aware of the importance of constant improvement and increase in their knowledge;
to implement a concrete and lasting cooperation with customers and suppliers, in order to share the key knowledge of the reference market;
to continually improve its products on the basis of objective and experimental evaluations;
to comply with all applicable mandatory requirements;
to identify all stakeholders, understand their requirements and meet them.

The improvement of the health and safety conditions of workers and respect for the environment are also primary values.
These aspects are achievable through compliance with legislation and continuous improvement of processes, in this way we choose to establish, maintain, document and implement a Quality System in accordance with our and our Customers' wishes.

It will be our task:

- identify and investigate processes and critical areas for quality
- initiate, recommend and propose solutions to the problems found
- verify the implementation of the solutions
- check that the unsatisfactory conditions for quality are correct
- foresee and implement actions in advance aimed at facing risks and seizing opportunities
- establish qualitative improvement objectives, generally annual, consistent with the Quality Policy, measurable by A.Q. by means of suitable indicator (s) (whose values ​​will be detected and reported in the Management Review Report) and appropriately planned
- assess the degree of customer satisfaction

It will be our responsibility to provide all employees with the practical and theoretical tools, so that they can act to achieve the company's objectives.

The Quality Assurance function is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this Manual and any applicable Quality System document are implemented and maintained.

This choice does not include a time limit but is supported by a constant commitment in the certainty that it is always possible to improve both the products and the services offered.

The Board of Directors directs the Functions / Business Units and the activities under their responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Quality Management System.

The Board of Directors periodically reviews the Quality System to ensure its adequacy and effectiveness over time and keeps adequate documentation of these reviews.
